digital,
custom-made, and
non-refundable once delivered.
1.2. By purchasing a service, the User agrees to this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable ServicesRefunds are
NOT provided in the following cases:
- the digital portfolio page has been created
- the link to the finished page has been delivered to the User
- the User provided incomplete or incorrect materials
- the User does not respond or fails to provide content after payment
- the User is dissatisfied with the design or content that they themselves submitted
- the User stops using the service before the 6-month subscription ends
- the service cannot be used due to third-party platform restrictions (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
3. When Refunds May Be IssuedA refund may be considered
only in these exceptional cases:
- duplicate payment
- payment system error (Zbooni)
- mistaken payment, where the User has not submitted any materials and the service has not started
All other scenarios are
strictly non-refundable.
4. Order CancellationIf the User wishes to cancel the service
before submitting any materials, they must contact:

Once materials are submitted or work has begun, no refunds are possible.
5. Processing TimeRefund requests (if applicable) are processed within
up to 10 business days.
The actual time for funds to appear depends on the User’s bank.
