Services and products may be customized depending on client requirements and event specifications.
3. Payment Terms
All services and products provided by XTALENT EVENTS LLC are offered strictly on a 100% prepayment basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Completion of payment confirms:
• confirmation of the order or booking
• reservation of the event date
• reservation of performers, staff and production resources
• commencement of preparation and procurement of materials
Once payment is received, the date and resources are considered reserved exclusively for the client.
4. Event Services Payments
Payments for event services including:
• event packages
• private events
• engagement celebrations
• gender reveal events
• decor installations
• custom event production
may be processed through secure payment links, invoices or authorized payment providers such as Stripe.
All event services require 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Event Preparation Costs
Event services require preparation and operational costs which may include:
• decoration preparation
• materials and supplies
• performers and staff reservations
• logistics planning
• equipment preparation
As a result, preparation may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
6. Event Cancellation
If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the client, the Company may have already incurred costs related to preparation and reservations.
For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable.
Any exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of XTALENT EVENTS LLC.
7. Event Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an event.
Rescheduling may be possible depending on:
• performer availability
• team availability
• company schedule
• venue availability
Rescheduling may be granted only once per confirmed booking.
Additional date changes may be considered at the Company’s discretion.
Additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
8. Party Boxes and Decor Kits
Party Boxes, Decor Kits and themed packages are prepared individually for each order.
Preparation may include:
• sourcing decorations
• assembling themed items
• packaging materials
• preparing accessories and elements
Due to the customized nature of these products, payments are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun.
9. Party Box Contents
Party boxes may include themed decorations, packaged snacks, sweets, party accessories, table decor elements and small entertainment items depending on the selected package.
Exact contents may vary depending on:
• supplier availability
• seasonal updates
• logistics considerations
XTALENT EVENTS LLC reserves the right to substitute certain items with similar items of equal value when necessary.
10. Delivery of Orders
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the client.
The client is responsible for ensuring that:
• the delivery address is correct
• the recipient is available at the time of delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, recipient absence or restricted access, redelivery may require an additional delivery fee.
11. Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect the delivered items upon receipt.
If any damage, defect or discrepancy is identified, the client must notify the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo or video evidence may be required for review.
Following review, the Company may offer:
• replacement of the affected item
• partial compensation
• another reasonable solution
Final decisions are made at the discretion of XTALENT EVENTS LLC.
12. Snack Products Disclaimer
Some party boxes may contain packaged snacks or sweets supplied by third-party manufacturers.
XTALENT EVENTS LLC is not the manufacturer of these products.
Responsibility for ingredients, allergens, labeling and food safety lies with the original manufacturer indicated on the packaging.
Customers are encouraged to review packaging labels for ingredient information and allergen warnings.
13. Order Modifications
Once an order or booking has been confirmed and payment completed, any modifications to:
• event concept
• delivery details
• box contents
• event scope
may require additional fees and are subject to operational feasibility.
14. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by the Company, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
15. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other authorized payment gateways.

All payment data is handled securely by the payment provider.
16. Chargeback Policy
